WHO WE ARE
Grand View Estates is a common interest community that allows everybody to share the property yet have a site for themselves. This allows for common use of trails that blanket the 75-acre property, sharing of a private lake and 1200 feet of sugar sand beach along with 3800 feet of lake shore. There are garden plots available and many parks to rest and take in the views. Wild Chokecherries, plums, asparagus, and apple trees adorn the property. Access to 7 lakes with a boat ramp from the property makes water recreation and fishing a great summer and winter sport.
